February 21, 2026 We used to have Comcast cable in our house, which provided television as well as internet service. We have since switched to fiber optics through Frontier. Our service is pretty good, I would certainly recommend to anyone. We do have occassional outages, but nothing compared to what Comcast had. And we recently upgraded our equipment and now we have a turn-around time of 24 hours, guaranteed, to fix it. I LOVE that! No more waiting days to have a repair done. The last time we had an outage it was four days before getting service back. We had a problem with connection with the new equipment, and someone was at my house within a couple of hours to fx it! I am very satisfied with my service now!

December 13, 2025 XFinity’s pricing is a bit higher than what we would like to be paying. However, the speed of the Internet is generally acceptable. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and I generally don’t have much issue with the download or upload speeds. In addition, we do watch a lot of TV and movies through streaming services and most of the time there are no hiccups or hangups or blurry resolution so the speed seems fine there as well. Also, the Wi-Fi that we use on our devices like iPads and phones and laptops all seems to have relatively good speed. Also, the customer service is generally decent and downtime or outages are generally minimized and if they occur, they are generally resolved quickly.

January 14, 2025 Since getting a phone back in 2019, I have had a lot of luck with Verizon. Regarding my mobile data in the United States, I rarely have full bars. Yet, when I went abroad, I had many difficulties finding service after running out of my 'set data'. I was traveling and if I had not been with my friend who had a different provider, we would not have been able even to use our GPS. This disappointed me because I have always been faithful and expected more.

October 26, 2024 I have been a Frontier customer for many years. I used to enjoy the high-speed internet, but the speed has greatly decreased over the past several years. Meanwhile, prices have simultaneously increased! However, I do not feel that there is a better option in our area. The customer service agents are also terrible with Frontier. Calling to ask for help will leave you feeling like a massive burden on them.
