March 13, 2026 I am very happy with my provider for a few reasons. They have always gone above and beyond to earn my business. when we first started using their services the technician made sure every part of our home had a great wireless signal, including the garage. They installed ethernet cable from the modem to my desktop computer to insure that the connection was always working. This service was free of charge. Whenever we have had an interruption of service due to a storm or something They always have service restored quickly and they send me a text to notify me of their progress. Billing is simple and payment is simple. Naturally I would love to pay less for internet service but I believe they are competitive in their pricing and the customer service is A++

March 10, 2026 We've had Comcast for several years now. The service is good, very reliable and I have no complaints about the speed. I just think that the price is very high - and seems to have gone up quite a bit since we first got the service. I guess we stay with them as it's easier to pay the bill instead of change companies....but I'm not sure that's the best idea.
