Spectrum Cable
January 17, 2026 I have been using Spectrum for a number of years. I really have had very few problems with Spectrum. They seem to be reliable and my internet speed is quite fast. I do occasionally loose connection but that is few and far between. I live in a small city so my only other choice is Buckeye but I'm not sure if it's worth the change. It's new yet and not sure I could get the speed I have with Spectrum. The only real problem I have with Spectrum is that I feel it's a bit expensive. compared to Buckeye, however you never know when Buckeye will increase their prices. I do feel if Spectrum or other companies like Spectrum want to keep their current older customers maybe they should give them a break in pricing for their loyalty and continued loyalty instead of just price breaks for new customers.

Spectrum Fiber
December 28, 2025 Overall I have been very satisfied with my internet provider and have used this provider for the past three years without any major issues. I work from home 1 - 2 days a week and have not had any issues with the internet interfering with work calls or being able to pull up the information I need. Internet speed has been good for streaming different shows with just the occasional minor buffering happening every once in a while. I like the app associated with this internet provider and it makes it easy to go in and see my bill and get it paid. The app also tells me what devices are connected and tells me when a new device connects to it, which is nice.

December 27, 2025 My internet provider is Spectrum. The service is extremely fast and reliable. While I can rent equipment through Spectrum, I can also use my own and save money on the monthly fee. This was actually suggested by the Spectrum support people, who are excellent.
I can be working on the PC, while playing a game on my phone (through the router connection), with a movie playing in the background, and not notice any slowing of the service.

December 23, 2025 I have been a customer for over a decade. I feel like when I have a problem, their phone customer services is patient and friendly. As with everything these days I wish the prices would go down instead of up and I am unclear if I have to have a tech come and assist my problem if there is a charge for the service, I recently order a spectrum modem box which charges a extra $10 monthly fee to use and $10 faster internet connection, I own my own modem currently and was having trouble getting the new one set to my television, so I reconnected my old one and returning the new one until I get a better understanding if it's even necessary to replace it
