September 30, 2024 Massillon cable internet is a very poor internet service provider. Unfortunately living in Massillon, Ohio it’s the only internet provider I can use. I pay $91.61 for the highest speed internet option from this company. My internet speed is generally poor, has buffering issues, and overall is disappointing for the price I pay. The customer service is difficult to get a hold of. When I first moved into this home (I lived in a different city prior) it took over one week to even get Massillon cable to come to my home to install their service.

July 31, 2024 I actually just called and spoke to our internet provider today. We apparently live in a "Black Hole" according to our service. It is very difficult to connect. We must go into certain rooms in hopes from day to day that we will get consistent service. Our high school is just a few blocks over and especially during the school year, the teachers are unable to teach off of the Chromebooks because they can not connect to the internet. I added an additional ten dollars to my bill today in hopes to speed up the process and be able to have a better connection. Our service provider's staff is polite, kind and helpful for the most part. They are just not able to provide an internet service that can be used on a daily basis.
