AT&T Fiber
March 14, 2026 We had issues with pricing from our broadband ISP nearly a year ago and after unsuccessfully haggling for a better price, we switched to AT&T fiber. We went from an $80 monthly bill to $55 a month (with autopay) that will not increase as long as we continue our serivce and plan. Their customer service was excellent, and even offered us $300 in gift cards when we switched. We have yet to have any significant downtime, while others in our neighborhood with broadband have experienced numerous outages. After nearly a year, we are very happy with our service and have recommended AT&T fiber to friends and family.

March 20, 2023 Overall I like my Internet Service provider. I pay only $50 a month and get 300 mbps upload and download speed. Whenever they raise my rate I call them and they will put it back to $50 a month. I have been with them for over 5 years and do not plan on leaving them anytime soon. I highly recommend AT&T.

February 14, 2023 For the most part our service is good, especially with regards to the speed. I can be very impatient when it comes to things like that, so it's nice that the Internet connection is good enough so that photos or webpages don't take forever to load. The main annoyance with the Internet is that sometimes it can just go out for no reason at random. Most of the times I can just reconnect and it comes back on, but it still is a bit of a nuisance when you're in the middle of something then everything just stops working.

Spectrum Cable
January 23, 2023 When I first got Spectrum internet, I thought it was amazing because it was so fast, dependable and I got an introductory price. Now, 5 years later, the introductory price is long gone, there is pretty frequent buffering, times I have to restart my router, and the price I'm paying is almost double what I started out paying. I think I'm being way overcharged for what I am getting. I have heard many Spectrum customers complain about these same things and ask for referrals to other internet companies. My only thing with that is that you have to go days in between one router being cut off and the other being connected, which I really don't want to do.
