November 18, 2025 I really like my current internet provider they make connecting to the outside world affordable but yet I don’t have to sacrifice speed or customer service. I have had very few issues unlike my last provider. They also offer this to me as a consistent price without being on a contract which I love. I used to have to look with a contract in order to have internet at my house at a consistent price but even then as soon as the contract was up nothing was consistent, not the speed, the price or even being able to reach customer service. I am very satisfied with my current provider and I really wish I would have found them sooner.

August 09, 2025 I am only with this service provider because the mobile home park that I live within has signed and exclusivity contract with them. Historically this means prices are meant to be lower, there should be a benefit for signing this contract not just to the park, but to all customers under that umbrella. There is not, and I have no consumer freedom. Over the years, I have had chat agents make gaurantees and claim to put into effect a variety of different things on my account that have all turned out to be lies. The next agent will tell me that no agents are allowed to do xyz so it could not have possibly been the case. Saving transcripts of the conversations does nothing and does not save me from fees or price increases that they caused, I have been told in person that it does not matter and nothing can be done. Anyone can add 'features' to your account through your tv just while watching regular television, no pins or passwords needed, and then if you want it removed, they completely restructure your 'contract.' Every little interaction results in restructuring the contract and it raises the bill anywhere from 20 to 60$ a month. My bill has varied from $40 to 160$ a month for the exact same service, basic internet. The app is very difficult to use, it crashes and glitches and sends you to broken links. If you are late on your bill, you cannot talk to an agent on the phone nor call a physical store, it will just loop you over and over with 'you need to pay your balance, do you want to do that now?' I have to contact them nearly monthly to correct my bill bc of random services or fees being added on that I never approved. They have caused me so much stress, I get physically sick nearly monthly because of them, and again; I have no choice unless I want to forgo internet. No other provider will provide me with internet, even Verizon. It's either deal with Xfinity's gouging and weaponized incompetence, or do not have internet in my home.

July 15, 2025 I’ve been using XFINITY for 11 years now. Since then, I’ve been getting great internet speed for a fair price, as well as great customer service whenever have issues which is rarely. I think the most convenient think I like about XFINITY is the use of its app. I can just pay my bill from there, also managing all my devices.
I remember being switching from another internet service provider that used my naivety to trick me into a year plan with very slow intern (Less than 1 gb), and their customer service wasn’t that great neither. As soon as my plan was over, I considered XFINITY. They gave my almost over 3 times the speed, as well as great customer service for the same price. I never switched to another service ever since.
