December 21, 2025 Mediacom is reliable, but it has significant drawbacks. When I started using mediacom, my internet was about $80/month. Now, it's nearly double that price at $140/month. Though the internet it provides is great, the significant increase in cost makes it feel as if they do not value their customers.

April 12, 2025 My internet connection is great. I have no issues working from home while my kids stream TV and play on their tablets at the same time. We never experience any buffering or slow downs. The customer service is phenomenal once you get to an actual person. Calling att takes forever everytime but once you get around the automated directory as long as you get an agent state side they will handle your problem in no time at all. Our fiber 1g has made internet so much easier without having to deal with constantly losing service and buffering like we did with our old provider and the price is fantastic since we have our phone through them as well we received a discount making it much cheaper than competitors

December 25, 2024 We switched to Brightspeed quite recently after being dissatisfied with AT&T's speed and price. Brightspeed is $20 cheaper per month ($50 vs $70) and substantially faster. Their installation process was easy enough, and we have had very few issues since we have begun using it.
