September 25, 2023 This provider has been reliable and consistent in the almost one year I have been with them. Compared to previous companies I have used, the service is affordable, the speed is fair, and I didn't have to have any technicians come drill or change anything; I installed my service myself. I have experienced one service outage, by the time I got my phone and logged on to report it, I had an account notification that they already knew of an outage and they gave an estimated time frame that service would be restored. Most companies pretend they don't know anything is even wrong and hope you don't call them to check. I am happy with my experience so far and will continue to purchase my internet service here.

January 05, 2023 I find that they offer a competitive service compared to others. They are responsive to inquiries regarding repairs and the service terms. The speed is very good. It does sometimes falter, but that is almost always very early in the morning during scheduled maintenance times. I was able to negotiate a lower price per month recently that is easier on my budget, but I am troubled that you have to actively negotiate with them to get lower prices. They seem to prioritize new sign-ups over established customers.
