June 21, 2023 The speeds are generally good but spotty at times. Unfortunately it's the best and only option for reliable internet in the area. Pricing is one spot I'd fix. While not outrageous its high for what you get. Customer service could use work. But I understand the stress of the job.

February 03, 2023 My internet service provider is a subsidiary of CableOne, a larger national provider. They were helpful in giving me the opportunity to qualify for internet cost subsidies during the pandemic. They are also generally helpful for customer service matters, such as setting up new routers. I do wish their prices and speed were more competitive.
