October 19, 2025 I have had issues with customer service. After a recent outage, I called to speak with a customer service agent. It took me more than 10 minutes to request to talk to a "human." That "human" could not help me and said that they could send a tech to my house next week. Next week? I work from home any rely on gig speed to do my job. Horrible experience.

July 27, 2026 have had surf since late December of 2024 and there awesome my speeds up and down always run above 250 and i have no complaints and have had very few outages over the course of time maybe t or three tops so i understated all ISP can have an outage from time to time this should be anticipated and is not a serious ding
