Fidium Fiber
January 29, 2026 The customer service is horrible. We have called 6 times to inquire about a refund for the returned equipment. For two months, they denied receiving the equipment even though we had a FedEx delivery confirmation showing who signed for it even. That was Nov 2025. Now, Jan 2026, we still have not received or refund check in the mail. The only response I can get from them is that we need to wait another week because it was mailed out. This is ridiculous, it does not take 8 weeks for a piece of mail to traverse the USA. We are over 9 weeks since they report that they mailed it. If you have a choice, don't choose Fidium for internet. They are severely dishonest and one out of all the people I was transferred to actually spoke English. Maybe their way of causing you more frustration in hopes that you just give up. Too bad for them that I am too stubborn to stop.

AT&T Fiber
August 07, 2025 I have loved the ATT fiber. The main thing I like is low latency (Ping). When playing games I have seen a 0 ping this is crazy and now i know it is my own fault when i lose lol. For every task I have that needs internet it is instant and fast on downloads. I will never look for any internet that is not fiber.

May 01, 2025 I have really enjoyed my experience using Fidium. When we switched over, I saw an immediate difference in speed and quality. I like to stream a lot of video, and the Fidium has been great about loading times and video quality. I am also a student in college and have to upload a lot of files to my online education platform, and it is always very quick.

XFINITY Cable
March 07, 2025 I only have a choice between fidium and xfinity in my region. I have been somewhat happy with xfinity but due to the increase in pricing I may be considering switching.
