Ziply Fiber
February 06, 2025 We love our internet provider. We are a little disappointed that prices have increased over the past couple years, but there are almost no outages and their customer service could not be better. One time, our apartment complex was trying to make us switch providers, making our price per month go up, and our current provider was able to talk to the complex and get them to stop. They are much smaller than other large ones like Comcast, and I think that's what makes them better. Very consistent uptime, and very reliable speeds. Even during power outages, the internet didn't go down

XFINITY Cable
January 30, 2025 At first I had dsl and it was very slow and I was paying over $45 for it. Then I switched to Cable and it was 20X as fast and cost less! Now I have much more customer satisfaction. It allows me to be more efficient working from home. I like to game as well. So this allows me to be much more competitive. It also allows more devices to be connected that have bandwidth use.

Ziply Fiber
August 20, 2024 Ziply Fiber did a great job of avoiding the stereotypes that internet providers usually embody. Signing up over the phone was quick and painless, with the customer service rep being very personable and nice. My options were explained clearly and plainly and I was able to decide on what plan I wanted easily. When the technician came out to hook up my internet they were very professional and quick with the installation. They, and the rep on the phone, made sure I knew any dips in speed could be reported and addressed quickly. I really enjoyed the experience as a breath of fresh air as compared to some of the other providers I have worked with before. They also followed up a week later to ensure there were no issues and when I reported that I wasn't getting the advertised speeds consistently they took a look and made a fix, which has prevented the issue from occurring ever since. In addition, when I missed a payment I was given a fair window of time to make the payment before my internet was disconnected. The one time it was disconnected by accident, the rep I spoke to on the phone fixed it quickly.
