Spectrum Cable
May 14, 2023 Recently, I had an incident when my mother and her friend joined spectrum. They were both told that their bill would be $75 dollars for cable, internet, and phone. After a week, their online bill showed $160. I do not know how employees get paid but I believe the customer service agent tricked 2 elderly people so she could get a percentage from the $320 bills.
As for the internet it is sluggish at times.
