T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
December 17, 2025 I love that T-Mobile's internet lets me install it without assistance. However, I wish that the speeds were more reliable. Sometimes the internet will be super fast, and other times, it will randomly slow down. I also wish the pricing was more affordable since I pay over $50 a month for my service. I wish there was a discount for customers that have been using the service for over a year or two. I also wish there was a Wi-Fi extender that could be attached to the router to make the connection stronger. Overall, I would rather be able to install the internet quickly upon move-in rather than deal with the headache of scheduling an installation, but the service provided could use some improvements.

November 20, 2025 I have really enjoyed my service, but the area I'm in doesn't always provide the best speed. But I have never lost internet access, even in bad weather, which I am so lucky. Fiber is definitely the way to go for me because of the speed and protection against weather.

July 28, 2025 I feel very fortunate and that I am happy with my Internet service, its reliability, and its effectiveness in my home. That being said, I’m appalled at how people in my own neighborhood can have vastly different experiences. It also seems crazy to me the prices of Internet in America. Number one I think they are too high number two. I think they are very so wildly from place to place it doesn’t make any sense to me.

May 15, 2025 We've had Vexus for 4 years and haven't had any significant issues with them - pricing or otherwise. We get alerts when there's an outage and when they have it up and running again. We've rarely had to call customer service, but have never had any major concerns when we did.
