March 13, 2025 Our internet speeds are super fast and we experience zero buffering and lag time. We can run a household of devices without any issues or concerns. On the rare occasion we've needed assistance with our service someone is always available to help us troubleshoot. Our only complaint is the pricing. My family in the suburbs can get the same quality fiber through a different company for half the cost.

March 22, 2024 Unfortunately, Zito Media is the only choice I have for high speed internet. Zito services rural areas like mine, but they're customer service is severely lacking. Their hours are limited, they rarely respond to emails, and if there is any sort of precipitation or wind, the Internet goes out. I would love to switch, but I contacted all of the providers in my city and they don't offer services, although there are plenty of residents who would likely switch. Verizon used to offer DSL, and while the speeds were less than optimal, they were consistent and the customer service was much better.

February 22, 2023 My current internet provider is Xfinity and I do not have anything bad to say about them. I will say the pricing is a bit high but they bundle a lot of additional services for the price. The speed is great with the service, and the uptime is amazing. Overall, I recommend Xfinity as they are one of the more reputable IP's in the game.
