Verizon Fiber
December 06, 2025 My internet provider has been my provider for many years at this point. In my view, theres nothing special about them, they just provide me with internet. Their customer service is usually quick with any internet issues whether that'd be a software issue or physical issue when a team needs to come to my place. I do however have to complain and call customer service every couple years to negotiate a new contract because my old one was up. It seems like they prioritize new customers with incentives and forget about their old ones.

October 18, 2025 I have had Comcast/Xfinity for about 14 years now. I have not upgraded my router for at least 6-7 years because they have never offered this opportunity to me. I definitely think I’m eligible for an upgrade in both service and equipment and would be interested to see what my options are. Plus, my router gets overheated sometimes and it only has one place for you to plug in a device and I think you can only plug in one device like a TV and that’s it.

September 04, 2025 Xfinity is a monopoly and acts like it. Customer service is terrible to reach and speak with, they add random charges for no reason, prices go up when speeds aren’t as fast as they say they will be. It’s very frustrating working with Xfinity to get the service we expect and pay for.
