Spectrum Cable
June 26, 2023 Spectrum is a fairly good internet provider. Their slowest speed is more than enough for my family of 3 users and is fairly priced compared to the competition. The only downside is there is no competition in the area that is actually comparable, so pricing pressure is not something they have to deal with.

May 23, 2023 We live in a rural area and this internet provider is the only option available. Speeds are half of what we pay for and repeated calls to customer support have not helped us resolve the issue. We need high speed internet for my freelance business so I have to just accept what they offer even though it is sub par. Overall I would switch in a heartbeat if I had another viable option.

Spectrum Cable
April 05, 2023 Spectrum is horrible for me. I've had 5 agents out to try to fix the same thing, but it never got fixed. They tried to tell me over the phone that it was the heat, but it's still happening years later consistently. It goes down every single day about every 3 hours. I've even moved since the original problem, which was when Spectrum was taking over Charter in this area, and the problem still persists. On the phone they just tell me to reset the modem or have an agent out to replace the modem, which they've already done, and someone to fix the wires outside. It's just a problem that never goes away.
