November 10, 2025 My internet provider was bought out by Breezeline a couple of years ago (formerly provided by WOW). Overall they have been fine, customer service is okay and minimal downtime or issues with abnormal speeds. Price is similar to other providers in my area. However, I will likely end up looking into switching as fiber is being installed in my neighborhood with cheaper prices for symmetrical speeds. It's just a matter of price to performance that's making me switch though, I'd rather stick around because of how hassle free Breezeline has been.

August 18, 2024 Breezeline (formerly WOW) is fairly dependable. Every now and then we lose service for a few hours, but that has happened in the past with other internet providers. The monthly fee is a little pricey in my opinion, and we may start shopping for another ISP. The speed seems fine; I have no complaints in that regard. Overall, I'm moderately satisfied with Breezeline. If I were to come across a better deal, however, I would definitely be open to switching providers.

August 04, 2024 My service is provided by the city I live in. They have really great service. I've never had an outage not related to a power outage. Most of the network is fiber. They've actually come out to my house preemptively because they saw a lot of errors coming from my modem. It's a little pricy but I don't mind paying it since it just goes my city to make improvements to the network.
