A Los Angeles, CA Customer
Spectrum Cable
February 15, 2026 Spectrum works for the most part as I live in a metro area with fast speeds. The issue is their pricing and customer service. Pricing always starts off the cheapest as a new customer, and then it gradually gets more expensive. I've had some retentions representatives be rather rude and unhelpful over the phone, and I've had to push to get a locked rate. Sometimes, getting corporate involved does help. I'd recommend you buy your own router and modem (separately) to save some money.

AT&T DSL
March 21, 2023 ATT dsl has okay reliability, but the problem is the speed. You cannot even upgrade to hire speed and there is no fiber here. Everyone else has much higher speeds. It's a duopoly in the neighborhood. I could switch, but the price would be double.
