Spectrum Cable
February 15, 2026 Spectrum works for the most part as I live in a metro area with fast speeds. The issue is their pricing and customer service. Pricing always starts off the cheapest as a new customer, and then it gradually gets more expensive. I've had some retentions representatives be rather rude and unhelpful over the phone, and I've had to push to get a locked rate. Sometimes, getting corporate involved does help. I'd recommend you buy your own router and modem (separately) to save some money.

August 11, 2025 I call Spectrum once a year to get the latest promo. They always find me a good price, but it's a bit of a hassle to have to call. I stick with Spectrum because the internet is reliable. I could switch to T-Mobile for cheaper but I worry the internet wouldn't be as good

AT&T DSL
August 06, 2025 I have used AT&T's internet service for over 3 years and cannot recommend their service enough! My entire experience has been delightful and stress free. I began the setup process before moving to the west coast and AT&T provided all the hardware equipment and instructions before I even arrived! Setting up the actual hardware was a breeze and I can keep track of my network (SSID and password), usage, and a myriad of features through the convenient mobile app. Network speeds have been phenomenal and I can count on one hand how many times the system was down due to an outage. Incredible service and support!
