May 06, 2023 The installation was smooth, and I never had any issues with customer service per se. My biggest complaint is the price keeps raising. I think it's about time to fire them and get an introductory rate with a new provider. It really bugs me when internet companies play these games where they raise prices of loyal customers, and give new customers low prices.

Even though their prices are too high for the speed they provide, I have no other choice if I want to have internet. Fiber is installed just half a mile up the road, but unable to be installed where I live. The internet regularly goes out as well.
