Verizon Fiber
December 27, 2025 I've had Verizon Fios at my home (FiDi) for over 10 years, and overall - I've been very satisfied with the service. The connection is fast, reliable, and consistent - whether I am streaming, working from homw, on video calls, there are rarely any issues. I have not experience many problems over the years - and I don't recall having to call customer service at all. And although the performance and reliability is worth the cost, I do wish it was less expensive.

Verizon Fiber
December 17, 2025 I was extremely lucky to be one of the first few neighborhoods in Brooklyn to have received Verizon Fios installation when it was first announce years ago. When the big move to FIber Optic was taken place I was one of just about 15-20 places where they setup and tried Fios internet before a country wide expansion. I was thrilled to have been included and the group of Verizon workers canvasing my block was well received, offering great promotions, savings, free installation, and giveaway! The amazing price I still pay for internet is what has kept me a loyal customer even after 10+ years with them I have never had a major issue and if any downtime was going on I received ample notice. Customer Service has also been great and the few times I've used them I had nothing but a great conversation and issue fixed.

Verizon Fiber
December 12, 2025 Verizon is an OK internet provider. I live in a big high rise and never have trouble connecting, my tv never buffers, and everything works. But my options are very limited. It's either verizon or optimum, which has a reputation in my area for being terrible. They know they hav a monopoly and their pricing reflects that. I'm happy with the service, but not the business. For example, I own my own Verizon modem that I bought from them, and yet every months, they slip in a modem rental charge until I call and dispute it. I just don't trust them.
