August 27, 2025 The Verizon home service has been great and a complete surprise how consistent it has been. I previously had spectrum and it was constantly having issues (outages, slowdowns, etc..). The verizon service is much more afforable in comparison and without the consistency issues i am able to have one less worry. As a remote worker, i rely on consistent internet service. Spectrum could not meet that requirement, but verizon has! highly recommend

February 11, 2025 My internet provider installed a modem quickly and efficiently. However, they were unwilling to expedite the process and the installation took several days. Additionally, I needed to return the modem at a certain point and replace it with another, and I had to do this manually, which was quite frustrating. The onboarding pricing was competitive, but after 12 or so months it increased significantly. Changing to a different ISP was very challenging. Again, I needed to return the modem and they were unwilling to move the dates of return, so it was hard to fit into my schedule.

June 09, 2023 I've had AT&T internet/wi-fi for over a decade. What was once adequate and fairly priced, has quickly over the last few years, been increasingly expensive and too slow for some of the streaming services I use. For the $61 per month I'm charged, you'd think AT&T would provide comparable speeds and reliability as other carriers for the same price. I'd advise against signing up for AT&T internet service, if you have other options available to you.

April 28, 2023 There are only two internet providers for my area. One is DirectTV/AT&T, which we used for a while but the customer service was SO PAINFULLY LIFE-SUCKING TERRIBLE that we switched to Spectrum. Spectrum's okay. I think it's overpriced and it's glitchy sometimes but I've never felt compelled to look up their CEO's address so I could show up at his house to demand justice for my appallingly wasted time either. So it's fine.
