Verizon Fiber
June 01, 2023 The speed is good and the service is reliable, but the pricing is a bit much. However, I have many tech and work needs so I have no choice, but to pay. In for past I tried cheaper and slow speeds, but it didn't work for me. I will probably stick with them because at the end of the day I have high internet speed needs.

Spectrum Cable
February 19, 2023 Service is reliable with few outages. Several tiers are available so I can choose what's right for me. Serice speed has been upgraded twice at no charge in price. Prices overall do go up from time to time and I seem to always have to renegotiate deals to maintain a reasonable price.

Spectrum Cable
July 06, 2026 Spectrum is slow, has poor customer service and also has a monopoly in my area. There is no competition. 5G internet service is not available as there is very poor cell signal at my home. Additionally, Verizon began running FiOS to my neighborhood and then stopped. I can only guess because Spectrum holds the cable franchise rights in the town of Glenville and is fighting to hold on to whatever market share they have.
