Glo Fiber
November 08, 2024 I have had GloFiber at two different locations - my current house (Nov 2023-current) and my prior house (had GloFiber for roughly 2 months prior to moving). My old house (zip code 24018), the internet was perfect. It was very efficient, speeds were great, never had any issues or internet outages. We have had to make one speed increase now at my current house as we are running two WFH setups and the demand was too much and our systems were running slower. There have been a couple of outages that were random, but outside of that, it has been good. Customer service is quick and efficient.

Glo Fiber
March 21, 2024 When we heard Glofiber finally came to our neighborhood we were so excited! Signing up only took about 2 minutes and they started drilling the next day. The customer service is amazing and the gentleman that assisted us in signing up was very kind and professional. We are getting twice and much speed for the same price as we were paying for Cox (and that price at Cox was a 1 year special Christmas offer).
My husband and I use the internet primarily for gaming and streaming on multiple devices and we can tell a huge difference. I would highly recommend switching to Glofiber if you’re on the fence about it. They really do care about the customer.
