Agri-Valley Communications DSL
February 07, 2025 My internet speed is great when streaming videos and TV, but when I do a speed test for my work from home job, it says it is very poor speed. I don't notice any slow speeds when watching anything so I can't complain. There has been times during bad weather where the Wi-Fi will go out, but it's never for long. I wish the company had an app to diagnose any issues so you didn't have to call every single time the internet goes out. They have helped me out though when I can't pay my bill on time and gives extensions, so I really appreciate that.

September 07, 2026 20 year customer with good service. A storm knocked out service to entire Detroit region for 3 days. Still out but they say there are no outages reported. 15 neighbors on Facebook say otherwise. Customer service will setup a tech in a few days. It is illogical to say the problem is in our homes and NOT get this looked at now. Time to research new provider.
