June 20, 2023 Lately our internet has been going out more frequently. We have to reset the modem at least once a week. This was not a problem when we first installed and subscribed to the service 2.5 years ago. It's even more annoying when I realize we're using the business service for our remote and home-office work.

January 10, 2023 I don't like how there are so many chords attached because it looks messy. Although, I do like how well it works. I never have issues connecting to the internet and things download very quickly and run smoothly, so having it look messy isn't such a bad thing to put up with.

January 04, 2023 I'm not satisfied with the data charges they have on top of wireless. If you use too much data, you owe money, which is usually the case. They don't explain this. Their rewards program is also bad.
