We have been pleasantly surprised to find that we can watch everything we want to watch on our smart TV using the streaming service - including local programming. We switched a while back to a different company with a different type of service, but found it to be too unreliable, so we switched back to Xfinity. We have been very satisfied with the service and have had no problems with upload and download speeds and have had no problems with outages. During local emergencies like hurricanes in our area, we have excellent emergency coverage from various sources. Both my husband and I do a lot of online work, so reliability is important to us. The cost is quite competitive too.
