Verizon Fixed Wireless

The process of actually getting the wifi box was an incredibly drawn-out process with Verizon that took over a week of back and forth. The customer service operatives were either incapable of helping or unwilling to assist over the course of 15 phone calls. They forgot to send the wifi box until another call prompted them to look and then had to same day ship it in order to save face. The wifi itself works fine, but it almost wasn't worth the hassle of actually getting it to the house.

I have Xfinity for my internet service. Although I am happy with the speed of the internet connection I feel the pricing is out of control. Every month I feel it is something new. Everything would be fine if there was reasonable pricing in that department.
