July 29, 2024 The phone trees and chat bots make it extremely difficult to get help when you need it. When you want to suspend or cancel service it takes hours to get to the appropriate department and finally when you are in the tight department they ask very prying questions and try to guilt you into keeping service. I will not be using Comcast again. The outsourcing of their jobs to AI and overseas are disgraceful practices. The expenses are far too high and the quality is not as promised.
