T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless

I chose Tmobile because I was already a long-term cellphone customer of theirs and felt that I already knew the company well. At the time I was having a chronic problem with Cox; constantly losing signal, and not getting repairs done by them from a reasonable method. Plus, the price of Tmobile vs. Cox was less than half. It was an easy decision.

Cox Fiber

Cox is one of the only available internet service providers in my city and I don't think this is a good thing. I think because Cox has few competitors the service is not as good as it could be. I also think they can keep their prices really high because people in my area have very few options. I believe the internet is vitally important in the lives of most people and their should be more affordable, quality options out there. I wish the government would break up these ISP monopolies because it's the consumer that suffers when these companies get too big.

Centurylink DSL

I am very happy with my internet services. Previously, I had a different ISP called Cox and their internet was awful. It was slow everyday at the same time and they charged us way more than I pay now, and even over charged us when we left the service. Our current provider I have no qualms about. It is speedy, never slow, never an outage, and the cost is at least $30 less than what we were. paying for subpar internet.

Cox Cable

My internet provider, like most companies I guess, feels the need to continually raise rates while offering no additional benefits. I can't complain about their service, it's usually reliable. Their customer customer service is also very good. But the prices rise too often and by too much.
