Cox Cable
November 10, 2025 I’ve been using Cox as my internet provider, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Their customer service has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. It was also the most affordable option in my area at just $50 a month, which fits perfectly within my budget. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the price and the support I’ve received.

Cox Cable
June 23, 2023 I have used Cox communications as an internet provider for 20 years. I started with dial up service and then went to their cable internet when it became available in my area. Cox has been reliable with some interruption when services were being upgraded. Cox offers different packages based on individual needs, and the cost is reasonable compared to other options.

June 13, 2023 I have an issues with my service provider COX. COX continues to increase prices each year with little to no increase in service. I understand that inflation affects all businesses, but the increases are much to high. I went from paying $50 to $70 in one year. The speed also drop commonly and at random intervals.

May 28, 2023 I have Cox Communications for my internet provider. Overall, I am satisfied with my internet provider. I rarely have outages or slow internet, we have a lot of devices connected as well and do not run into many issues at all. I work from home and reliable internet is a must for me. The price is a little high but overall it is worth it.

Centurylink DSL
May 08, 2023 Centurylink does okay as far as consistent service goes, but when problems arise it is very difficult to get ahold of a human who can help. Calling any phone number sends people to the same exact computerized answering system, and I have not been able to get into the queue to speak to a human in less than 3 minutes. I have called in several times in recnet weeks about a business line and agents seem to either be uninterested in helping, or interested, but not sufficiently well trained to be able to so do. Calling my ISP for help is an exercise in frustration that I do not appreciate. Also, Centurylink's website has not worked acceptably in the entire 13 years I have done business with them. Account management functionalities are broken or unavailable and I always end up calling in for help, when what I desire to do is typically simple and should be easy to do. Centurylink simply does not care about the customer experience.
