April 13, 2023 I've been a customer of Comcast for the last few years. Overall, I'm very happy with the service, speed and reliability of their internet. We haven't had too many issues over the course of our contract, which is very important. The one thing I'd change is that they keep raising the price and I have to renegotiate, I wish I could lock in a rate for as long as I remain a customer.

April 11, 2026 I am not pleased with Verizon's pricing. It goes up every year, and I have received incorrect charges more than once; their customer support is unhelpful and difficult to navigate when these occur. I would not recommend, but they are the cheapest option in my neighborhood.
