AT&T Fixed Wireless

March 21, 2026

AT&T wireless is not a very reliable internet provider. Their rates are among the highest in the area. The company offers unlimited access each month but often sends warnings that we are consuming too much bandwidth and will have our speeds throttled back. This is very misleading as a service provider and leads to much dissatisfaction in the company.

Hawaiian Telcom Fiber

We switched from Spectrum to Hawaiian Telcom after our rates were raised by 75% and.

The switch was relatively painless, quick, and significantly cheaper.

The installation was on time and the technician was fast and knowledgeable.

The download speed advertised is what I receive regularly and we have not experienced any outages yet.

We had switched from Hawaiian Telcom in the past because Spectrum had offered a promotional price that was too good to pass up, however the service and equipment left us wanting.

Hawaiian Telcom has not let me down, in the past and now I believe I will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.
