T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
November 03, 2024 As of 2024, many companies in the area are unable or unwilling to put in WiFi connections in rural areas. So, when T-mobile was willing to put in a 5G connection here, we were ecstatic! However, we were charged hundreds to install our router and have yet to see this 5G high-speed WiFi we were promised. Overall, I feel as if I paid for sub-par connection.

Verizon Fixed Wireless
April 24, 2026 The process of actually getting the wifi box was an incredibly drawn-out process with Verizon that took over a week of back and forth. The customer service operatives were either incapable of helping or unwilling to assist over the course of 15 phone calls. They forgot to send the wifi box until another call prompted them to look and then had to same day ship it in order to save face. The wifi itself works fine, but it almost wasn't worth the hassle of actually getting it to the house.
