My internet provider is basically the only one in our are. We have no choice but to keep them even though they have alot of problems dropping service, but continue to increase prices every month.

I'm very unsatisfied with my provider, but unfortunately they have a monopoly in this area and options are quite limited. They charge a premium but the service they provide does not match the price. It's constantly going down, or slowing down, and it's not just at my house - it's a common problem with their customers. They're constantly "upgrading" their services and equipment, but the actual service level never gets any better - if anything, it gets worse! - but of course, prices continually increase.

I recently switched to Armstrong after having AT&T internet for years. Armstrong has been really great so far compared to AT&T and we are locked into a good price for the next year or so. I’m glad we did the switch because AT&T has bad service and went up in price almost every year. We live in a wooded area if that matters.

There are no other internet providers in the area unless be try T-mobile internet. We have heard there are several problems with the T-mobile internet therefore we are staying with Armstrong. We have great internet speeds and maintenance/outages are overnight therefore it does not affect our work day. We are remote workers so having a reliable internet service is very important.
