There is a building in town and everytime I've had to go to the building, the people have been very nice. On field techs are friendly and helpful. They tell you how it is and don't make you feel bad for asking questions. My only other gripes are how long it takes them to get out to check something, and contant price increases. If you need internet hooked up, you'll have to wait a week or longer for a tech to come out. Prices have gone up consistently for the last 5 years. It's ok happening once or twice, but I don't see why it has to. Despite that, they are leaps and bounds better than Comcast/Xfinity. The speeds are fast and reliable, and I always know that someone at the building will be friendly towards me.

I do have fast speeds most of the time. I'm not thrilled about the router for the service. With the gigaspire (router), speeds are drastically reduced if more than one device is connected. I am thinking about replacing it with a more capable router. The price is a bit high, but not unreasonable, for the amount of slow down I encounter and the app seems to have issues a little too often. Customer Service is outstanding though. I can always call or send a ticket if there are any issues beyond my capability of fixing myself. Between the office people and the techs, I have enjoyed being a part of this provider for 9 years.
