When we had our internet installed the workers were in and out in 30 minutes and had it working flawlessly before they left. The speed is terrific with an average of 40 megabytes of download speed over wifi. Anytime we may forget about the bill, they turn it back on within minutes of us paying at little to no extra charge. The bill is only 80 dollars a month and for good service and speed I am happy to pay it.

We've been with Ben Lomand Internet service for many years and haven't had any issues with service of customer service. They have been very helpful with any issues we have. Also, the internet speed is perfect. Couldn't ask for a better service.

They're a local ISP that does really well with what money they're given. They've received state funds before and federal funds to upgrade the speeds and provide connection to a wider area, both of which have happened over the last decade or so. I first got them as a teenager when all they had was dial up in 06, and now look at it. 1gbps almost 20 years later, fantastic improvements and they're now one of the fastest ISPs in the country
