constant outages. All my emails are gone, they cannot retrieve it, access to it is constantly down, the reps are terrible, rude, and doesn't fix it. They constantly jack up the price regularly without warning. The worst nightmare

Spectrum says up 400mbps. I don't really care if I'm wrong here, I don't consider 97mbps "up to" anything. Its always low and they think that saying "up to" they can get away with over charging and not delivering better connection. Spectrum is a joke. I'm bundling my mobile carrier. Its cheaper. I also didn't authorize any increase in price. Wasn't even given a chance to decide. I'm definitely leaving Spectrum.

I have not been fully satisfied with the service I've received from spectrum as a whole. There are constant outages that interfere with my work constantly. I would move to fiber if it was available in my area but Spectrum just happens to provide the best service in comparison to any of the other competitors. This is unfortunate because the quality is subpar and the speeds are sporadic. I need consistency to truly justify how much I'm paying for the service. I give Spectrum about a 6/10. It's not the best, but when there are no other options that can compete, what can you do?
