Our provider has been the "best" option for the rural area we live in, for several years. Overall, we are pretty happy. The customer service is better than most of the mainstream providers and the service is, for the most part, always up. However, the speed is not the fastest and until was the best we could get. Recently a number of other large providers have moved to our area, notably Comcast/Xfinity. We have not made the switch as we are holding out for fiber which is not available yet, although it is now in the surrounding parts of town. I feel it is only a matter of time.
