3 long 20 hour outages within 3 weeks. Took 25 minutes to reach a tech support person to report each outage. Fiber placed on the ground with a promise it would be buried After six weeks the fiber cable is still laying on the ground.

It’s good until you need help or your service is out, very difficult to talk to someone about your issues, lines down due to storms etc, thinking about finding another internet provider

When it works it's great, but if you have a problem they don't seem to give a crap about restoring your service. I have spent over a week without internet, and have been lied to repeatedly about when they are coming to fix it.

I just cancelled ConexonConnect because their SERVICE WAS SO LOUSY. Went 4 weeks with their lines down (NO TELEPHONE, NO INTERNET) and repeatedly asked their Technical support (Seth, then Christen, then Albena, then Cameron) to send a serviceman to reconnect me. They didn't send anyone. Even cancelling was difficult. Customer service (Phil, then Natasha, then Brittany, and then Sam) did not do the simple cancellation. Returning to my old provider was cheaper, far less of a headache, and with better service.
