Connect 2 First Internet Reviews

The provider I use is the faster of the only two options available in my rural area, but it is by and far faster than the other option. It does drop out here and there, or I will have to reset it randomly but overall I am very happy with it. We are a family of five and we can all use it and play games and stream content at the same time.

I am so thankful for my internet provider. I had windstream before this, and they only offered 15 mbps speeds, and my husband and I play games on our computers. We had a random call from First 2 connect telling us that fiber was available to use, so I talked on the phone with this guy for a while. We have a brand new address because we cleared land for our house, so he couldn't find us, but he did not give up! He got us an appointment set up for the lines to be dug and sure enough, we had new internet within a week. We have fiber now at 1g speeds, which is a huge improvement. Our internet never goes out, they move my due date around whenever I need it, and customer service is always kind and quick. I will never switch.

My internet is Connect2First fiber optic. It was installed 1 year ago and is fantastic. I live in a rural area where my only option was satellite internet before this option. It was slow and unreliable. Since the installation of Connect2First I have been very pleased with the pricing packages and speed. My family can all be on the internet at the same time with speeds up to 300 mega bits per second

The internet provided by Connect2First is definitely the best in the area. The setup was easy and the staff member was courteous, and any outages that we have had have been taken care of quickly.
