Cumberland connect is out local electric co-op, so they repair the internet within the same day if there is an outage (vs when we had to wait days for AT&T to fix our landline) They kept the price the same since they installed the internet out in the rural area. The speed is good, but it does slow down depending on the time of day, but I think that is normal

My Internet provider is a privately owned Internet business located in a rural area, which I would assume is probably a little more challenging to get the speed and great connection that people have more towards the city. However, only Customer Service that if I ever need anything during their hours, they always answer and helpful as possible, and knock on wood or Internet rarely goes out. Huge plus so even if it is a little slow is still pretty dang good for all of these factors

Our internet provider is relatively new to the area. Previously we only had access to satellite internet as this is a very rural area. The electric company installed fiber internet across many surrounding areas and we had to wait until they reached us. Their speeds are fantastic and we’ve never had an outage that didn’t correspond with a complete power outage.

I really like them, they are new to our location. We have been with them for about two years. I was extremely excited when I found out about the electric company adding internet. I like all my bills in one place. The service is great we have a lot of stuff hooked up to the Internet. It never really slows down the speed is great.
