I've had Elevate internet for about 2 years now and I'm super happy with it. As far as reliability goes its been amazing! I think there has been only 2 times when the service was out and both times it was less than 5 minutes and were the result of upgrading the network. Plus anytime they will be performing maintenance or upgrades to the network they send you an email a week in advance to notify you when it will take place. Then on the scheduled day they email you again an hour before and again when its completed. Its been so nice to not have to worry about random outages that seem to occur when you're in the middle of doing something important. I would highly recommend them!

Elevate is the fastest internet we can get on the western slope of Colorado. I also get my basic TV service through them and it lags terribly. My internet service on my desktop is much better though with very few drops and lags. I"ve been with Elevate over 6 years.
