Empire Access is the best internet you will never have trouble with.

I have been using Empire Access for years. They are the best option for fiber internet in my area. The pricing is great, and the customer service is very good. I hardly ever have issues with connection and when I do it is quickly fixed. Overall they are a great company and I am happy that I went with them.

Empire access is a phenomenal internet provider. I have used them for the last 4 years, I have never had an issue. The download and upload speed are fantastic! Not to mention my price has never changed over these 4 years. Only once has the internet gone out, during this time I contacted customer service and they had me up and running within minutes. If you have empire access available in your area I highly recommend switching!

I have been somewhat happy overall with this Internet service providor, however the installation was not where I had asked him to put it. He used where an existing line was already installed, and I wasn't happy about that location for it! I assumed it wouldn't have been a problem, but he pushed a little too use that existing installation location. That still bothers me! Offer than location, the service has been overall pretty decent.

Empire is a great company to get your internet service from! The only real issue I ever had was the wait. The company slowly expand their coverage area, and while the next street over had coverage for the longest time I did not. Once they became available at my location I immediately signed up. Both the speed and price are amazing. I switched from Spectrum at over $100 a month for 250 gbps to the Empire fiber at 1000gbps for $65. Additionally Empire’s customer device is impeccable. When my dog was a puppy she chewed through the fiber optic cord and it had to be replaced. Typically they make you pay for this, but I expressed concern about my ability to afford this several hundred-dollar cable and they comped it for me! I paid absolutely nothing for a technician to bring out a new cord and install it.
