Fort Collins Connexion is an excellent choice for internet because it is run by the city and is a cheaper price for faster internet than alternatives. For only $70 a month we have reliable 1 gigabit internet when connected with ethernet to the router. WiFi is also included and is reliable, and only a little slower than the wired connection. It is also an advantage that the service is not a contract allowing for ease of service. Since it is owned by the city I also feel that they are less after a profit than working with larger companies. Their customer service is also fantastic and quick to respond.

We had TDS for our provider before switching to fiber through Conexon. It is much WORSE. Now we get the buffering circle of death. Some apps won’t load at all. We called them three times now, the first passed us off to “advanced tech” help, and we’re told they’d call. We never got a phone call. We called again because we’re supposed to be getting 2 gigs but our “run test” shows only one (same reason as before) We called again and were again sent to “adv tec” we waited and waited and decided to call back, and they said they were CLOSED! He sent us to tech spt when they were closed!! That was very frustrating. Their customer service needs desperate help. They don’t apparently care if you have service or not, just that monthly payment. Very dissatisfied

I am very pleased with my current internet. It is much better than my previous internet. I currently have fiber which has amazingly fast speeds and I don't have to deal with outages all that often, which was an issue with my previous provider. The pricing is fair for what you get. I no longer have to worry about being charged extra for going over my data limit. All in all, I would recommend this type of Internet service to anyone looking to make an upgrade.
