Comcast Business Xfinity is the most dishonest company in the US. Do not use ever, find any other option. They will lie and steal from you. They violate their own contracts, they attempt extortion, they refuse to work with you. I have managed internet connectivity with companies all over the Unuted State, Comcast is by far the worst, most expensive and unethical and immoral company I have ever dealt with. Mark my words they will try to double your rate without notice.

Overall, I am pretty satifisfied with Xfinity's service. It is pretty reliable but tends to get overloaded and will buffer if too many things are using the internet at the same time which can be frustrating. We did have a major incident with them updating the system overnight and it caused an issue with the modem that we had purchased on our own. The update would no longer communicate with our modem and we had to wait almost 4 days for a tech to come out. This was aggravating because we have two online students and they were missing out on class. However, we were able to get a free modem from Xfinity and things have been going well since then. I would use them again if they provided service in our new location.

I have Xfinity through a special offer. I feel that I get a decent price with a basic service. Although they did up my price by 50% at the beginning of the year. My mother-in-law was a customer who spent way too much for her service. When we had to discontinue her service because she was moving, Xfinity made it a nightmare. Terrible, terrible customer service from Xfinity for her. I only have it because it is a special and good deal for me personally. I do have many interruptions in service. Currently I am doing this survey by hot spotting my cellphone service. Strange coincidence to be asked about it while it's down. But the service outages happen often so it was bound to happen sometime, I guess.

Xfinity's internet speeds are great! There are rarely any outages. Xfinity has a variety of internet plans to fit every budget. I like that I can use my Wi-Fi away from home as well.

Setup is easy and installers are knowledgeable and professional.

Xfinity meets my families everyday needs providing entertainment and stability for school or work.
