My internet provider was wonderful at first . They came to my house , had to dig through my yard. Cleaned up really well. For the first six months speeds were great . After that , everything loads slowly. We have a deal for our internet so we pay a great price , but I’ve had them hard reset it multiple times . It’s good for a few days then back to bad !

My internet provider is more reliable than the competitors in the area (I have previously had service through those as well). It is rare to have an outage with Gateway Fiber, and I actually received a $20 credit to my bill for a several hour outage one time. I have never known any of their competitors to provide any credit such as this. Their customer service is great.

The internet speed is great and consistent even though I am on the cheapest plan.
