My internet provider is a local company. I am happy with them because they focus on customer service and great quality internet services. When I need to call, a person answers. In one instance, I wasn’t able to connect to the internet. I called and they tried to troubleshoot over the phone. When I still wasn’t able to connect, they had a technician come to my home. He was here in one hour which is unheard of with the larger companies. They also have a yearly community “thank you” day where they grill food and raffle prizes. Since I work from home it’s important that I have reliable internet so I’m happy I have a provider that cares!

I have been with this small local company for 10 years and it has been the best service I have ever had. In 10 years I have only lost service a few times and most of those times it was a very short period and back up quickly. Whenever there is an issue and I need to contact customer service I get a real person and they are local, in the office right down the road from me. The support staff is always nice and very helpful. This company gets a 10/10 from me.
