5G is not close to 5G, services goes down or get really unusably slow at least once a month. Sad thing is it’s either this or StarLink so we’re stuck with GVTC-Maybe

my provider is a small local company. the prices are great, but it can be spotty sometimes. when its working well it is very fast. we often have to call for declining speeds and dropping out. there charge if the service call is customers fault which is hard to tell until the problem is diagnosed which is not great.

We used to be able to go into our router to set up our own port forwarding as needed but they removed our ability to do that then acted like we never had it to begin with and stated basically that the average end user was not intelligent enough or responsible enough to have access to their own router. They also stated they blanket our IP address so we share it with a bunch of other people, because the cost to allow everyone to have a unique IP was too expensive, so if you wanted that you have to pay an additional $15 a month just to be able to forward ports and have a static IP. We are likely going to move to a different provider.
